Circumspice — Fall/Winter 2021-22 issue

Preliminary planning and due diligence work continue. Currently underway:

• Environmental assessment of the site

• Discussions with primary and secondary lenders

• Capital campaign preparations

  -We’re assembling our campaign team to ensure success

• Reviewing current incorporation status for opportunities to align with optimal financing strategy

• Lots of planning!

  -Department programming

  -Floor plan

  -Site plan

  -Preparing to move to the schematic design phase

• Updating project sources and uses budget with detailed estimates as they come in

• Strategic conversations throughout the community

  - Building relationships and partnerships in support of the project

• Celebrating all the positive interactions and shared excitement about the Co-op’s move!

We are making great progress, but there is lots of work to be done between now and our current projected opening in Spring 2023. We’ll be needing the support of our Owners more than ever. Please stay tuned for how you can help make this exciting project a reality.
