we aren't just committed to our community – we're owned by it!
A food co-op is a grocery store owned by the shoppers (and by you, if you choose). Unlike corporate chains, a co-op is completely independent and owned by the people who shop there. Here’s how it works:
Everyone is welcome to shop, eat and hang out at a food co-op. And everyone is welcome to join by becoming an owner. Co-op owners then get back financial rewards, as well as a vote to choose the board of directors and impact the co-op’s future direction.

what is ownership?
You become an owner in a food cooperative by purchasing a share in the co-op, giving you a voice in its operations and a stake in its success. As an owner, you enjoy benefits like voting rights, special discounts, and a share of the profits, all while supporting local, sustainable food systems and community-focused initiatives.
