The co-op strives to keep prices low for our Owners & Shoppers. Minimizing the amount of returned merchandise is one way we can do this. If you need to make a return, please go to a check-out lane for assistance. We do not exchange items. You must return the merchandise and repurchase what you want.
Required for a Return
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- Returns must be handled within 7 days of purchase if the item is Bulk Food or perishable.
- All other returns must be completed in 30 days.
Refunds
- A cash refund is given only when the original purchase was made with cash or check. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used at the time of the sale.
Can I Return My Item?
YES:
- If defective or spoiled before expiration date.
- If a Deli item was unsatisfactory.
- If unused, unopened, and resealable.
NO:
- If you didn’t like the taste of something. Please contact the manufacturer.
- If you discover you are allergic to the product. Please contact the manufacturer.
- Bulk, refrigerated, Produce or frozen items unless spoiled.
- Clearance items
